They are strictly produced in accordance with CEMA D/E standards. The diameters range from 152 to 203mm (6 to 8 inches), and the lengths are matched with 500-2400mm wide belt conveyors. The trough angles can be selected as 35°/45° to enhance the stability of material load-bearing. The roller body is made of Q355 seamless steel pipe in one piece, and undergoes quenching and tempering treatment to enhance impact strength. The surface is treated with galvanization or painting for anti-corrosion, making it suitable for dusty and heavy-load working conditions. Equipped with high-precision deep groove ball bearings and labyrinth sealing structure, it effectively isolates dust and moisture, with a rotational resistance of ≤0.02 and a service life exceeding 25,000 hours. The recommended installation spacing of the load-bearing idlers is 0.8 to 1.2 meters. This can prevent the conveyor belt from sagging, reduce material spillage, and facilitate the efficient and continuous operation of the conveying system.
