The rollers are made of 45# steel/Q355 steel in one piece, and the hardness and impact resistance are enhanced through quenching and tempering treatment. The surface can be selected with rubber coating to improve the anti-slip performance and effectively prevent the conveyor belt from slipping. They are equipped with deep groove ball bearings and double sealing structures to prevent dust and moisture erosion. In heavy-load and dusty mining environments, their service life can reach 5-7 years. They are suitable for large-scale conveyors with a belt width of 5000 millimeters, ensuring continuous and stable bulk material transportation. They are the preferred core components for heavy-load scenarios such as mines and power plants.
