It mainly consists of a roller body, an articulated bracket, a centering mechanism (such as a conical cylinder and a deflection link), and a base. Unlike the fixed structure of ordinary lower rollers, its bracket has a certain degree of deflection freedom.

Part of the self correcting type lower rollers will adopt a conical cylinder design, which utilizes the frictional force difference between the conveyor belt and the conical surface to drive the rollers to automatically adjust the angle;

Another type uses a hinged linkage structure, which triggers the bracket to deflect and guides the conveyor belt back to the center position when it deviates and touches the guide wheel at the edge of the idler roller.
